Ricardo Cesar is an architect at SGA in Boston and is currently pursuing his Masters for Sports Design and Management. He grew up in El Salvador and chased his passions of becoming an architect of Sports Venue Design. He is an avid sports fan and attended two World Cups. We talk about the impact and trends behind sports venue design, collective hysteria psychology, the use of technology, engaging fans, and VIP experiences. We also get into the importance of Capybaras and why Swedish men are his weakness. Ricardo talks about his powerful experiences traveling alone to Portugal and what it was really like graduating from college.
